Our standard U.S shipping typically arrives within 7–12 business days.
2. Do you ship outside the United States?
At this time, we only ship within the United States.
3. How much is shipping?
We charge a simple flat rate of $5 for all U.S. orders.
4. Which carriers do you use?
We ship using FedEx, USPS, and UPS, depending on your location and package type.
5. How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you will receive an email containing your tracking number.
Tracking updates usually appear within 24–48 hours after the package leaves our facility.
6. Can I change my shipping address after ordering?

Returns & Refunds
7. What is your return window?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.
8. What items cannot be returned?
The following are non-returnable:
- Final sale or clearance items
- Gift cards
9. Do I have to pay for return shipping?
- If the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, Belthub covers the return cost.
- If the return is due to reasons such as wrong size or change of mind, the customer covers return shipping.
10. When will I receive my refund?
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, refunds are issued within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
11. Do you offer exchanges?
We currently do not process direct exchanges.
You may return the item and place a new order if needed.
