At Belthub, we want every customer to feel confident shopping with us. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please review our return and refund guidelines below.
Eligibility for Returns
Returns are accepted within 30 days of the delivery date.
Items must be:
- Unused and in their original condition
- Free from damage, wear, or alterations
- Returned with all original packaging and accessories
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Final sale or clearance items
- Gift cards
How to Start a Return
To begin a return, contact us at: support@belthub.shop
Include:
- Your order number
- Reason for return
- Photos if the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect
Our team will reply with approval details and return instructions.
Return Shipping
- Returns due to our error (damaged, defective, or incorrect items) are shipped back at our cost.
- Returns caused by the customer (e.g., wrong size, color, or product ordered) are the customer’s responsibility for return shipping.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service for all returns.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:
- Contact us within 30 days of delivery at support@belthub.shop
- Include photos showing the issue
We will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no additional cost.
A free return label will be provided by email, which you can download and print.
Return Label
Return shipping labels are not included in the package.
For non-defective returns, the customer is responsible for arranging and paying for return shipping.
If the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, Belthub will provide return instructions and cover the return cost.
Restocking Fee
Belthub does not charge any restocking fees for returns.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected:
- You will receive an approval or denial notification
- Approved refunds are issued within 5–7 business days to the original payment method
- If you do not receive your refund within 7 business days after approval, please contact us immediately at: support@belthub.shop
Please note:
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error
- Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to finalize the refund
Exchanges
- Belthub does not accept direct exchanges at this time.
- If you ordered the wrong size, color, or product, you may request a return and place a new order.
- Return shipping in this case is the customer’s responsibility, unless the return is due to our error.
Order Cancellations
- Orders may be cancelled before they are shipped.
- If your order has already shipped, it cannot be cancelled and must be returned after delivery.

Incorrect Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.
If an incorrect address was entered:
- Contact us immediately to correct it before shipping
- If the order has already shipped, redelivery or reshipping fees may apply
- Orders returned due to incorrect addresses may be refunded minus original shipping costs
